Learn the basics of stage direction, especially for the small production. Director's Vision, blocking, scheduling, and expectations for the rehearsal process will each be discussed as well as the duties a Director has outside of the rehearsal space, such as Production Meetings and other "hidden" processes. A conversation about Intimacy and the Director's role in creating ensemble and a safe open creative environment will be a centerpiece of the class.
